Working together as an Alliance means that members agree to work together in a spirit of co-operation to advance common goals. This includes:

Every board member is an equal and active partner and will work collectively together.

The interests of the Alliance have precedence over those of individual organisations and members.

The alliance will have a relentless focus on improving outcomes for children and young people and is committed to demonstrating the impact of this work.

Joint commissioning of services will be encouraged wherever this enhances coherence and improves efficiency.
The Alliance reports to the Dudley Health and Wellbeing Board.
