Working together as an Alliance means that members agree to work together in a spirit of co-operation to advance common goals. This includes:

• Every board member is an equal and active partner and will work collectively together.

• The interests of the Alliance have precedence over those of individual organisations and members.

• The alliance will have a relentless focus on improving outcomes for children and young people and is committed to demonstrating the impact of this work.

• Joint commissioning of services will be encouraged wherever this enhances coherence and improves efficiency.

 

The Alliance reports to the Dudley Health and Wellbeing Board.
