The NHS Black Country Joint Forward Plan has been developed by working with partners including the Dudley Health and Wellbeing Board, and the Black Country population. It sets the region's challenges, health needs, strategic vision, and strategic priorities for the five year period of 2023 to 2028.

This update represents year two of the plan and describes achievements since the full Joint Forward Plan was published in July 2023, and learning from our continued engagement with the public and partners over the last year.
