The SEND Improvement Programme has identified one of the key areas for improvement is the way in which we communicate both with partners and the children and families to whom we provide support.

We are  now embarking on a journey to improve the way we communicate, co-produce, work together and over the coming weeks  and months there will be increased emphasis around engagement across the SEND System in an effort to drive this improvement forward.

The first step of this journey is to improve communication providing more regular and consistent updates around the work that the SEND Improvement Programme is undertaking .

We hope that the information contained  within the bulletins  will demonstrate our  increased commitment to providing better communication across this improving service area.
