Dudley Early Help Strategy Launch - 21 March 2022
On Monday 21 March 2022 Dudley launched its Early Help Strategy at a virtual formal launch and engagement event.

Nearly 150 attendees heard from live speakers and videos with representation from across the Early Help partnership. Attendees also heard from parent carers and families across the borough who shared their stories.
The launch focused on the 5 pillars of the strategy:

•Develop our culture and practice
•Build our capacity – help even earlier
•Make better use of information
•The family experience
•Focus on priority areas
